I am Sharon Docherty, the founder of Blue Turtle HR. After over 20 years as a civil servant in the Ministry of Defence, I transitioned into HR consultancy, driven by my passion for helping businesses create positive, respectful, and thriving workplaces.
During my career, I recognised a critical need for support in addressing workplace bullying, particularly in smaller organisations. This inspried me to pursue a doctorate in workplace bullying and launch Blue Turtle HR in 2025.
